Most residential construction in India is unstructured — verbal contracts, informal billing, and a labour contractor whose work product is impossible to audit. The result is a building that may be sound, but a paper trail that isn't.

Renaud Infra was set up to do the same work with proper instruments. Every engagement runs against a numbered template kit: quotations, agreements, material indents, GRNs, running account bills, snag lists, handover dossiers. Every payment routes through a current account. Every worker is covered by workmen's compensation insurance.

We are deliberately small. We take on a limited number of commissions per year so each one gets the attention it requires.
