Renaud Infra was incorporated as a partnership firm on 26 March 2025. We build residential structures across Hyderabad with documented processes and verifiable registrations.

01 / Origins

Why Renaud Infra exists.

Most residential construction in India is unstructured — verbal contracts, informal billing, and a labour contractor whose work product is impossible to audit. The result is a building that may be sound, but a paper trail that isn't.

Renaud Infra was set up to do the same work with proper instruments. Every engagement runs against a numbered template kit: quotations, agreements, material indents, GRNs, running account bills, snag lists, handover dossiers. Every payment routes through a current account. Every worker is covered by Employee’s Compensation cover.

We are deliberately small. We take on a limited number of commissions per year so each one gets the attention it requires.

Pavan Manikanta Rekapalli

Founder & Managing Director

Pavan founded Renaud Infra in March 2025 around a thesis the firm makes explicit: most residential construction in India is unstructured, and the structure is what's worth selling. He signs every quotation, work order, running account bill, and snag list — one signature, one accountability. Operating discipline carries over from his other firm, Aadvika Technologies, a Hyderabad-based technology business he founded earlier and continues to run as sole proprietor. The two share a common operating principle: every commitment is written down, numbered, and filed. Renaud Infra's template kit, registration trail, and document-led workflow are his work. Clients deal with him directly; he is the named decision-maker on the contract, not a sales representative.

Documented

Every engagement runs against a numbered template kit. Nothing verbal stays verbal — it gets written down, signed, and filed.

GST registered, Shops & Establishments (S&E) registered, Employee's Compensation (EC) insured. Statutory dues are deducted at source where applicable.

Selective

We take on a limited number of commissions per year. Quality of attention matters more than volume of contracts.
