• Vendor Empanelment form: firm name, contact person, phone, email, GSTIN, category, capabilities and references
• Careers form: name, phone, email, role of interest, years of experience, summary

We do not collect any sensitive personal data (financial, biometric, health, caste, religion, sexual orientation) through this website.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count anonymous page views. This service does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.

Form submissions are processed by Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA), our form-handling service. Email is delivered via Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd. (India). Web hosting is provided by Vercel Inc. (USA). These third-party processors handle your data only for the purpose of delivering form data to us; they do not use your data for their own purposes.

Where data is transferred outside India for processing (e.g., Formspree's servers in the United States), we rely on the contractual safeguards each provider has in place, consistent with standard industry practice.

5. How long we keep your information

• Active enquiries: retained for the duration of any resulting engagement, plus the statutory retention period required by Indian tax and contract law (typically 7 years)
• Vendor applications: retained for 12 months from submission, then deleted
• Careers applications: retained for 6 months from submission, then deleted
