We work to the architect's spec sheet and BOQ exactly, no substitutions without a written variation order. If your sample shows Statuario, you get Statuario.

- We procure to your architect's spec against approved samples — every tile, stone and fitting is sample-approved by you before bulk purchase. Substitutions need a written variation order.
