Most building defects we see in 5-year-old Hyderabad homes are envelope failures — efflorescence on plaster, leaks at slab-wall junctions, sun-cracked window frames. The envelope decides whether the house ages with grace or becomes a maintenance project. We over-spec joints and waterproofing relative to drawings.

We name vendors so you can verify them. Substitutions require a written variation order from your end. Mill test certificates, batch reports, and vendor invoices are filed against your project.

Do you do waterproofing in Hyderabad?

Do you handle exterior and interior painting as well?
Yes. We do exterior and interior painting with high-performance systems, alongside plastering and facade coatings — as a trade scope or part of a full build.
What areas do you serve, and is the waterproofing guaranteed?
