Our position.
Most building defects we see in 5-year-old Hyderabad homes are envelope failures — efflorescence on plaster, leaks at slab-wall junctions, sun-cracked window frames. The envelope decides whether the house ages with grace or becomes a maintenance project. We over-spec joints and waterproofing relative to drawings.

Materials & Standards
What we specify.
We name vendors so you can verify them. Substitutions require a written variation order from your end.
- Waterproofing applied as full systems (primer, membrane, top coat) — not single products — selected per surface and exposure
- Wall plaster: 1:6 cement-sand, screened sand only, river sand only after gradation testing
- Windows: aluminium or uPVC profiles per architect's specification, set with backer rod and gun-grade silicone
- External paint: high-performance exterior systems with a minimum 8-year warranty against fade, peel, and chalking
Quality Controls
How we verify.
Every check produces a record that goes into your project file. You can ask for any of them at any point.
- Hose-pipe test on terraces and balconies before tile-laying — 24-hour flooded test
- Adhesion test on plaster after 28 days curing
- Window installation checklist signed by site supervisor and joinery vendor
- Pre-monsoon inspection of the entire envelope before first rains
